Applying at Amatus Kids Academy ECD

1. Latest creche / school results.  Kindly note that you will be required to provide us with the previous year’s results should you only have a first term report available.
2. Birth certificate of student
3. Innoculation card
4. Proof of address and copy of Parent's ID
5. Proof of payment of required registration fee R 500

Please Note: Enrolment documentation and procedure will be provided once a student has received his/her acceptance letter.

 

FEE STRUCTURE PER CLASS

There is a non- refundable registration fee of R500 is required upon registration.

 

Class 1 (Little Lambs) 8  – 36 months

8 to 12 months – R2, 500.00 per month

12 to 36 months – R2, 300.00 per month

 

Class 2 (Preschool Penguins) 3 – 5 year olds

R2, 200.00 per month

 

Class 3 (Grade R) 5 – 6 year olds (or 4 turning 5 years old if assessed to be ready)

R1, 700.00 per month from 7h30 – 13h00 (no meals included

R2, 500.00 per month that includes Aftercare, holiday care and all meals

 

Class 4 (Takiwatanga) – Class for Autistic children aged 4 to 10

R2, 800.00 per month 7h30 to 17h30

 

Class 5 (Buzzing Bees Aftercare) – Primary School After school care

R1, 650.00 per month that includes a light lunch and homework supervision

 

Casual Aftercare available at R80.00 per afternoon

Holiday Care available at R100.00 per day

 

We offer a 5% discount for siblings enrolled at our Academy (this does not include our Cambrilearn students which cannot be discounted)

 

Fees are paid and available in our account by or before the 1^st of every month. If fees are not available by the 1^st of every month a 2% interest fee will be applied. Payment can be made via EFT or our Yoco card machine in the office – STRICTLY no cash is accepted.

 

One months written notice is required when you wish to withdraw your child from this Academy.

 

If you wish to take your child out of this Academy within the last quarter of the year, you may do so on or before the 1^st October. (I remind all parents of the 1 month notice period) If you choose to take your child out after the 1^st October, you will still be liable for November and December full fees.

 

We have found over the last couple of years that parents have opted to take their children out just before we commence the December month, as this is a short month. This does affect the teacher’s holiday pay and since we are open throughout most of the year, we feel that it is only fair that we safeguard our teacher’s end of year pay-out and holiday. Which I am sure you will agree is very well deserved.

 

If your child is absent or sick or you are taking a family vacation during the year you will still be liable for the full fees for the month.
